Data Protection 

Marlborough Primary School has updated its Data Protection policies and procedures in light of the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).  Sunderland Council assumes the role of Marlborough Primary School’s Data Protection Officer (DPO). Their role is to oversee and monitor the school’s data protection procedures, and to ensure they are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
